The shop building has two areas. The small area is a one-car garage with some cabinets and a bay door.
The second part is a 2 car garage with room for a 3rd or 4th car inside. It has cabinets as well.
It has a 2-car door on the front and a one car door on the back
100 amp service that is independent of the house
It also has a full bathroom, including a shower.
Total shop area is about 1,500 square feet.
The shop has propane heat as well as an AC unit. I will need to get that cleaned up and ready to use soon.
